- in a bowl, sift the flour mix with the yeast and set aside
- In the blender, beat the eggs very well until you can see the air bubbles, then add the oil and sugar, always beating.
- pour this beat together with the cup of orange juice (only 1 cup, separate the other 2 for syrup) over the flour and the yeast.
- mix gently until well homogenized, pour into a greased and floured mold and bake in a medium oven for about 40 minutes or until golden.
- for the syrup, put the orange juice (2 cups) and the sugar (1 cup) in a pan.
- heat over medium heat until it reaches the point of jelly, then pour it over the cake while it is still hot.
