  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Oats2 tablespoon
  • Sugar or sweetener1 tablespoon
  • Orange juice1 teaspoon
  • Coconut oil1/2 teaspoon
  • Orange zest to taste
  • Yeast1/2 teaspoon
  1. Mix all the ingredients until the dough is very homogeneous;
  2. Add the yeast;
  3. Place in a greased or silicone form;
  4. Bake in the oven for 7 minutes at 180°;
  5. For the syrup: mix the rest of the orange juice with 1cc of sugar or sweetener, bring to a boil and let it reduce until it forms a consistent syrup. Then, just throw it over the still warm cake and decorate with the orange zest.
