  • Raw rice200 g
  • Sugar180 g
  • Oil180 ml
  • Natural yogurt200 ml
  • grated coconut50 g
  • grated cheese50 g
  • Eggs4 unit(s)
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  1. Soak the rice in water for 3 hours. Then drain the water.
  2. In the blender, beat the rice with the oil and the yogurt very well until all the rice is crushed.
  3. Add the eggs, sugar, coconut and cheese and beat some more.
  4. Finally add the baking powder. Pour the dough into a greased form.
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
