- Raw rice200 g
- Sugar180 g
- Oil180 ml
- Natural yogurt200 ml
- grated coconut50 g
- grated cheese50 g
- Eggs4 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Soak the rice in water for 3 hours. Then drain the water.
- In the blender, beat the rice with the oil and the yogurt very well until all the rice is crushed.
- Add the eggs, sugar, coconut and cheese and beat some more.
- Finally add the baking powder. Pour the dough into a greased form.
- Bake at 180 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
