- Raw white rice2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Soybean oil1/2 cup
- Milk1/2 cup
- Refined sugar1 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
- Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)3 tablespoon
- Soak the rice in hot water for 1 hour and drain.
- Blend all ingredients (except yeast) in a blender for about 3 minutes.
- Add the yeast and beat quickly, just to mix.
- Put the dough in a shape (22 cm round) greased only with oil
- Bake at 180 degrees for +- 30 minutes
- Wait for it to cool down to unmold.
