- Margarine4 tablespoon
- Chopped Guava to taste
- Sugar to coat the cookies to taste
- Melt the guava with a little water. Do not add too much water, add it little by little, because this guava needs to be creamy. Reserve.
- In a bowl, place the flour.
- Add corn starch

- Mix everything until it comes out of your hands.
- Make small balls and place on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper and bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until the bottom of the cookie is lightly golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Take the cookie, pass a small portion and guava paste and add the other half, forming a stuffed cookie.
