- Milk2 cup
- Sugar2 cup
- Cornmeal2 cup
- Wheat flour2 cup
- Oil1 cup
- Yeast2 teaspoon
- ✨ Put the eggs, oil, milk and sugar in the blender at high speed. ✨ When it's homogeneous, add the flour and cornmeal. ✨ The dough starts to get thick, so help by stirring with a spoon. ✨ When everything is well mixed, add the baking powder and mix well. ✨ Grease a large roast with a hole in the middle with oil and sugar (preferably crystal). ✨ Take it to the medium oven until golden (about 40 minutes). ✨ Stick a toothpick or knife to make sure it's baked. ✨ When it's almost totally cold you can unmold. ✨ It's soft, it's not a dry cornmeal cake and it looks wonderful!
