- Place 3 sieved egg yolks, condensed milk, milk and cornstarch in a pan and heat until thickened.
- After that, let it cool down a bit and mix it with 1 can of cream. Then just put it on a platter, chop half of the chocolates on top and put it in the fridge while you make the second layer.
- Melt the chocolate bar (in the microwave or in a bain-marie), then mix it with 1 can of cream and Beat 2 egg whites until stiff, adding 3 tablespoons of sugar.
- Turn off the mixer and gradually mix the chocolate with the cream. reserved.
- Pour this mousse over the first layer you placed to freeze.
- Beat 4 egg whites until very firm, adding 4 tablespoons of sugar, turn off the mixer, to gradually mix with 1 can of cream.
- Pour over the chocolate mousse, chop the rest of the chocolates on top and refrigerate. Now just wait for it to freeze for about 3 hours before serving!
