Gossip, tangerine or bergamot2 unit(s)
Sugar2 cup
Wheat flour2 cup
Oil1/2 cup
Eggs3 unit(s)
Baking powder1 dessert spoon

Separate the buds from the fruit and remove that white film and pits.
Place the gossip, sugar, oil and eggs in a blender, blend until blended and set aside.
In a bowl put the wheat flour and the yeast, add the blender mixture. Stir until well incorporated.
Pour the dough into a greased and floured shape and bake at 180° for 30/35 minutes.
If desired, sprinkle with icing sugar and tangerine zest.
