- Wheat flour2 cup
- Oil1/2 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Baking powder1 dessert spoon
- Separate the buds from the fruit and remove that white film and pits.
- Place the gossip, sugar, oil and eggs in a blender, blend until blended and set aside.
- In a bowl put the wheat flour and the yeast, add the blender mixture. Stir until well incorporated.
- Pour the dough into a greased and floured shape and bake at 180° for 30/35 minutes.
- If desired, sprinkle with icing sugar and tangerine zest.
