- Sour cream100 g
- Whole milk100 ml
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Sugar1 cup
- Cocoa Powder1/2 cup
- In a pan add the sugar and lead to low fire to melt. When completely melted, add 1/2 cup of warm water, mix and boil for about 3 minutes.
- Pour the syrup into the pudding mold and set aside.
- In the blender add the eggs, condensed milk, cream, milk and cocoa powder. Mix and later add in the form that the caramel is.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake in a bain-marie at 180 degrees for about 1h to 1h30
- Let it cool in the fridge for at least 3 hours, uninform, serve and enjoy
