- Passion Fruit Flavor Powder1 unit(s)
- Passion Fruit2 unit(s)
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat the whole milk, condensed milk, cream, powdered juice of your choice, neutral alloy and set aside.
- Cook the passion fruit pulp with the sugar and, if necessary, add water little by little. Turn off when you get a jelly or syrup consistency
- After cooling the passion fruit syrup, gradually add a tablespoon into the ice cream bag.
- Add the mixture that was beaten in the blender to the bag, tie a knot and take it to the fridge until you get consistency.
