- Mix the ovomaltine cream with the flour, milk and yeast to form the dough, bake in a bowl that can go in the oven or air fryer for 15 minutes at 200 degrees
- The cupcake cannot be overbaked, the idea is to make it creamy like a petit gateau.
- Mix the melted white chocolate with the cream and pour over the already baked cupcake, finish with powdered ovomaltine and sink the skimo popsicle.
