- boiling milk,1 l
- Sugar3 cup
- Wheat flour3 cup
- Margarine3 tablespoon
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Salt1 to taste
- Make a farofa with all the ingredients, except the milk, which has to be boiling hot. Finally, add the milk slowly, stirring, the dough becomes a cream, grease a hole shape in the middle and bake for about 40 minutes in a medium oven.
- It will only be good when it is very brown on top, it will rise after taking it out of the oven, it will have a thick crust on top looking like a bread pudding..
- Only unmold after completely cold.
