- Cake : Beat the eggs and sugar in a stand mixer until smooth, about 15 minutes.
- Add the wheat flour and wick

- Mounting : Cut the cake into three layers. Place the first in the roasting pan lined with plastic film, drizzle the plum syrup, put half of the stuffing, put the second part of the cake, soak it with the syrup and fill it again, and finally the last part of the cake and wet it with the rest of the syrup, cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.
