- condensed milk1 can(s)
- Whole milk1 l
- Eggs5 unit(s)
- Sunflower oil500 ml
- Sugar2 cup
- Cinnamon5 tablespoon
- Salt1 pint
- Slice the bread into 2-inch-thick slices.
- Break the eggs separately so you don't run the risk of any spoiled ones and losing them all.
- Mix the eggs as if you were going to make an omelette, add a pinch of salt
- Add the condensed milk to the cream in a bowl
- Prepare the frying square: a large form lined with paper towel
- Mix the sugar with the cinnamon and a pinch of salt to enhance the flavors.
- In a medium pan, put the oil to heat.
- Place the breads little by little in the bowl with the milk and soak for approximately 1 minute, turn both sides.
- Take the bread, quickly pass it into the bowl with the beaten eggs, shake it a little to remove the excess and take it to the pan to fry
- Frying the french toasts must be done by immersion, if they are not 100% in the oil, turn them over
- Repeat the process with the other breads calmly
- The french toasts should come out golden, fry for around 2 minutes each
- Take to the shape with paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Place the french toasts in the cinnamon-sugar mixture, coating them well!
- Repeat the process with all of them and serve as you prefer, I particularly like to serve them while they are still hot and crispy ✨
