Ripe dwarf banana3 unit(s)
Egg4 unit(s)
Pot of natural yogurt1 unit(s)
Organic Honey Flowers of Aroeira1/3 cup
Demerara sugar1 cup
Oat bran2 cup
Granola (preferably unsweetened)1 cup
Baking Powder1 tablespoon
Granola to garnish to taste

Place the bananas, yogurt, honey, eggs and sugar in a blender and blend well until smooth.
In a bowl put the oat bran and granola and add the mixture beaten in the blender and stir well
Lastly add the baking powder and mix gently
Place baking paper in cupcake liners or grease cupcake liners with a little butter and oat bran
Put the dough in the molds until just over half and decorate with granola to taste
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Wait to cool down completely and unmold, ready 😋🧁
