- Milk500 ml
- Granulated Tapioca4 tablespoon
- Sugar4 tablespoon
- Sour cream100 ml
- Cinnamon to taste
- Mix the milk, granulated tapioca and sugar in a pan. Mix well and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened. Let it cook for 5 minutes being careful not to burn the bottom. Turn off the heat, add the cream. Serve warm with cinnamon sprinkled to taste.
