- condensed milk395 g
- Dark semisweet chocolate100 g
- Sour cream200 g
- White chocolate60 g
- Unsalted butter1 tablespoon
- Whole milk1/2 cup
- Prepare a soft brigadeiro by cooking condensed milk with milk, white chocolate, butter and 100g of cream. Book to cool.
- Make a ganache with the semisweet dark chocolate by melting it in the microwave (40 seconds at a time) and mixing with the remaining 100g of cream. Reserve.
- In a gin glass, make alternating layers of the white chocolate cream, the grapes and the ganache. Decorate with grapes on top.
- Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
