- semisweet chocolate bar1 unit(s)
- sour cream1/2 can(s)
- WHITE CREAM: Bring the condensed milk and butter to the fire, stirring non-stop, after boiling, leave for another 2 min to thicken a little, turn off the fire and book.
- GANACHE: Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave, if you choose to microwave, put it for 30 seconds, see how it is and put it every 10 seconds until it is melted and then add the cream and mix well.
- MOUNTING: Crumble the cake, put it in the bowl and press it well (press with your hands), put the white cream, remember that it can't be too hot.
- On top of this cream place halved and seedless grapes, cover the grapes with the ganache.
- Take it to the freezer for two hours and then you can serve or store it in the fridge outside the freezer.
- Never place the grapes on top of the hot cream, as they will cook, so the cream must be cold.
