- Grape700 g
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Sour cream2 can(s)
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- Dark Chocolate200 g
- Wash and dry the grapes well
- In a pan, place the condensed milk and margarine and bring to the fire, stirring constantly until it releases from the bottom of the pan.
- Let it cool and add a cream and set aside.
- In a pan, break the chocolate into pieces, take it to the fire in a bain-marie until it is well melted.
- Add the other cream
- On a platter, place the white cream, line the cream with grapes and pour the chocolate ganache on top.
- Put it in the fridge until it freezes well
- Decorate as you wish and serve chilled.
