- Raw Cashew Nuts2 cup
- White raisins1 cup
- 70% vegan chocolate100 g
- White lady finger grape30 unit(s)
- Strawberries10 unit(s)
- Lemon1 unit(s)
- Golden flaxseed soaked in water for 1 hour2 tablespoon
- Mint leaves to taste
- Soak the chestnuts in water for 1 hour.
- Soak the grapes in water for 1 hour.
- Discard the water used to hydrate the chestnuts and take the blender there.
- Add the raisins with hydration water.
- Add the lemon juice.
- Add hydrated flaxseed.
- Beat well until creamy consistency, but firm. If needed, add water little by little until desired consistency.
- Distribute half of the grapes at the bottom of a medium glass dish.
- Pour half of the cream on top.
- Place the other half of the grapes
- Place in the freezer for 30 minutes
- Melt the chocolate in a water bath and mix with the remaining cream.
- Place on top of white cream
- Take only freezer for 1 hour
- Put the chocolate cream and take it to the freezer.
- 30 minutes before serving, remove from the freezer and decorate with strawberries and mint leaves
