- Seedless green grape250 g
- Dark chocolate250 g
- Bring the condensed milk to medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes off the bottom (one point before brigadeiro).
- Add 1 box of cream and continue stirring for another 5 minutes. Reserve to cool.
- Wash and dry the grapes well.
- Mix the grapes in the cold white brigadeiro and place in a deep dish.
- Heat the other box of cream over low heat, turn off the heat and add the chopped chocolate, stirring well until it melts and incorporates well.
- Spread the ganache over the brigadeiro, decorate with some grapes (optional) and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
