- Grape flavored gelatin02 unit(s)
- Boiling water200 ml
- Sour cream200 g
- Whole Grape Juice01 cup
- Sugar (optional)01 tablespoon
- Corn starch01 dessert spoon
- Dissolve 2 envelopes of grape-flavored gelatin in 200ml of boiling water.
- After, beat in the blender the gelatin already dissolved with 01 box of milk cream.
- Grease the silicone mold with cooking oil.
- Pour the mousse into the silicone mold and put it in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Syrup: dissolve 01 dessert spoon of corn starch in 01 cup of whole grape juice tea… Add 01 dessert spoon of sugar (optional).
- Bring to a boil and wait for it to cool before pouring on top of the mousse.
