- Maizena Biscuit200 g
- Margarine (measure and then melt)5 tablespoon
- Chocolate powder 50% cocoa sifted4 tablespoon
- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Canned cream2 unit(s)
- Dark chocolate180 g
- Shredded/Dehydrated Coconut200 g
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- In a blender or food processor, turn the cornstarch biscuit into a “flour”. Add the chocolate powder and the melted margarine and mix well with your fingertips until it forms a “farofinha”!
- Line the bottom and sides of a pan (round with removable bottom measuring 25cm in diameterX6cm in height) with all the dough, pressing down well with your hands or with the help of the back of a spoon! Reserve!
- In a pan, mix the condensed milk, a box of the cream, the margarine, the grated coconut! Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, until it gets very creamy and consistent! Pour the coconut cream on the baking sheet lined with the dough!
- Take the semisweet chocolate and the other box of milk cream in a water bath or microwave until everything melts and mix well until the ganache forms!
- Pour the ganache over the coconut cream, spread and refrigerate until everything is firm and freezes! Decorate with a little more grated coconut, if you prefer!
