- Recipe
- Unleavened Wheat Flour300 g
- Cold margarine180 g
- Whole egg1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Cold water45 ml
- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream200 g
- Margarine1 tablespoon
- grated coconut100 g
- Fractionated semisweet chocolate125 g
- Sour cream50 g
- 50% cocoa powdered chocolate for sprinkling on top to taste
- Mix the flour, margarine, egg, salt, water in a bowl until it becomes a smooth dough (do not knead the dough) and let it rest for 15 minutes in the fridge.
- While the dough rests, place the condensed milk, cream, margarine, and grated coconut in a pan and cook over medium-low heat until it reaches a consistency that releases from the bottom of the pan.
- Leave the filling in a refractory covered with plastic film in contact and wait to cool.
- After that, remove the dough from the fridge and open it with your hands, in a pie shape until it fills the middle and sides. Make holes with the help of a fork in the center of the dough and on the sides (this helps your dough not to create a belly)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° until the edges are golden.
- When removing from the oven, wait for the dough to warm and fill with the kiss cream, then melt the fractionated chocolate in the microwave every 20 seconds and mix with the cream, stir until everything is homogeneous.
- Add this ganache over the coconut cream and sprinkle the 50% chocolate powder and decorate as you wish.
- Put it in the fridge to firm up the filling and ganache and then serve yourself.
