  • unsweetened greek yogurt1 cup
  • vegetable oil1 cup
  • eggs4 unit(s)
  • 1 1/2 cup demerara sugar1 unit(s)
  • wheat flour2 cup
  • baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Nutmeg1 teaspoon
  • fresh apricot8 unit(s)
  • 1/4 cup honey1 unit(s)
  1. Wash the apricots, cut in half, remove the core and cut into wedges. Forge the bottom in a greased way with the buds and book;
  2. In a bowl put the yogurt, oil, honey and eggs and stir with a fouet until well mixed;
  3. Put the other ingredients, mix and hit the batter for 3 minutes;
  4. Place the dough in the mold over the apricots and bake at 180° for approximately 40 minutes [always test with a toothpick].
