Greek Yogurt Pudding with Strawberry Sauce

- Condensed milk2 can(s)
- Strawberries cut into 4 parts3 cup
- Sugar1/2 cup
- Lemon juice1/4 cup
- Corn starch1/2 tablespoon
- Yogurt Pudding: In a blender place 4 pots of Greek yogurt, 1 box of cream, 2 cans of condensed milk and beat well until a homogeneous mixture is formed (+/- 5 minutes).
- Transfer the mixture to a pudding mold (20 cm in diameter) greased with oil and bake in a medium oven preheated to 180°C in a bain-marie for +/- 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Gently unmold and refrigerate. Then serve with strawberry syrup.
- Strawberry Syrup: In a pan, place 3 cups (tea) of strawberries cut into 4 parts, ½ cup (tea) of crystal sugar and bring to medium heat until cooked (+/- 5 minutes). Add ¼ cup (tea) of lemon juice, ½ tablespoon of cornstarch, mix and let it thicken (+/- 3 minutes). Remove from heat and let cool. Use then.
