- Condensed milk395 g
- Sour cream100 g
- Coconut milk50 g
- Corn150 g
- White Chocolate70 g
- Blend the corn, cream and coconut milk in a blender until smooth.
- Bring this mixture, along with the condensed milk and the white chocolate, to a low heat, for about 7 minutes (filling point- it flows from the spatula in blocks).
- Place to rest in a greased bowl or plate, cover with plastic film, touching the dough. Wait for it to cool to room temperature.
- To fill and cover the cupcakes, place in a pastry sleeve with a wider nozzle to avoid clogging.
- To roll, the point must be the one that detaches from the pan.
