- Margarine3 tablespoon
- grated coconut100 g
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Beat the corn removed from the cob, milk, eggs and margarine in a blender.
- add wheat flour, sugar, grated coconut.
- add the yeast, mixing lightly with a spoon.
- Grease a mold with margarine and wheat dough
- Pour the mixture into the mold and bake in the oven at 180ºC.
- Leave for about 1 hour or until golden. (use toothpick test)
