- Green corn on the cob7 unit(s)
- Milk800 ml
- Sugar3/4 cup
- Beat the corn with the milk in the blender for 3 minutes, pass the mixture through a very fine sieve.
- Place in a pan along with sugar and a pinch of salt.
- Stir until it starts to thicken, let it cook for about 10 minutes on low heat.
- Place in a refractory and if you prefer add cinnamon powder on top.
- Leave it in the fridge.
