- Start by preparing this tasty corn porridge by washing the cobs well. Then, with a knife, cut the corn
- Beat the corn with the milk in the blender until obtaining a cream as smooth as possible. Pour this mixture into a pan, placed on top of a pan, and press well, to filter the pomace and obtain only the juice.
- Add sugar, salt and, if you like, vanilla essence. Cook corn porridge over medium heat until bubbly, at which point lower the heat and stir for 10 minutes or until more consistent. When it turns into a cream, turn off the heat.
- Place the traditional green corn porridge in a refractory or in individual bowls. Place in the fridge for 1-2 hours to set and chill, and serve sprinkled with ground cinnamon. Enjoy your food!
