- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Cut the corn kernels and hit the blender with a little milk. Strain through a fine sieve.
- In a pan, combine all the ingredients, except the cinnamon powder.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until you get a porridge.
- While still hot, distribute on dessert platters and sprinkle with the cinnamon powder. Serve cold.
