- Wheat flour12 tablespoon
- Oil1/2 cup
- Sugar5 tablespoon
- Lemon flavored gelatin1 unit(s)
- Water1 cup
- Water1/2 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Condensed milk1 unit(s)
- Lemon juice1 cup
- Lemon zest / slices to taste
- Turn on the oven at 180° degrees
- In a mixer, place the egg whites and reserve the yolks.
- Let it beat for 5 minutes, then add the yolks and sugar.
- Mix well until it forms a homogeneous cream.
- Add the water, oil and gelatin, and mix.
- Add the wheat flour little by little. Meanwhile, grease the mold with oil and wheat flour.
- After adding the rest of the flour, put the baking powder
- With the oven preheated to 180 degrees, it's time to pour the dough into the mold and put it on the fire.
- Bake the cake for 30 minutes, this will depend on oven to oven.
- With the cake ready, it's time to make the icing.
- In a bowl add the condensed milk and gradually add the lemon juice.
- And go incorporating the lemon juice, in the condensed milk... It's go experimented, until it's to your liking
- Then just pour this cream on top of the cake and decorate with lemon zest / slices
- Note* Lemon zest is optional
