- Wine250 ml
- Sugar3 tablespoon
- Butter0.5 tablespoon
- First prepare the wine syrup, bringing the wine and 2 tablespoons of sugar to a boil. Let it cook for about 20 minutes, until it reduces and has the consistency of syrup.
- Heat a frying pan with the butter, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of sugar and grill the pineapple slices until they are lightly golden. Don't let it get too dark so it doesn't bitter!
- Serve with the wine syrup.
- Tip: to be more practical to serve, you can make skewers with cubes of pineapple, and then grill it!!
