- Condensed milk395 g
- Milk600 ml
- Water400 ml
- Ripe Guava4 unit(s)
- Neutral Alloy2 tablespoon
- In a blender place the water and the guava and blend for 2 minutes.
- Strain through a sieve to remove the seeds.
- Put the strained juice, condensed milk and milk back into the blender. Beat for 3 minutes.
- Add the neutral alloy and beat for 10 seconds.
- Use a funnel to help fill the ice cream bags and place in the freezer for 4 hours to freeze.
