- Refined sugar500 g
- Water150 ml
- Half lemon juice1/2 to taste
- After the peeled guavas, cut them into pieces
- Beat the guavas in the blender along with the lemon juice, add the water until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
- Sieve this mixture, so that it is smooth and uniform.
- Put the sugar, stir in low fire until it thickens, the longer in the fire, the harder it gets.
- After the desired point, wait for it to cool a little, place it in a square shape or bowl and take it to the fridge.
