- Water100 ml
- Lemon juice1 unit(s)
- Butter200 g
- Guava400 g
- In a pan put the guava, the water and let it melt, as soon as it is like a cream I put the juice of 1 lemon, stir a little and reserve.
- Put the butter and sugar in the mixer and beat until well blended, then with the mixer on, add the eggs one by one, beat well, then add the wheat flour and mix gently with the whisk. Then grease the bottom (outside) in a square shape and pour a very thin layer of the dough and bake for about 5 minutes, baking the first dough just spread the little guava jam over the dough and start roll, retain this process for 2 more times. Once done, sprinkle icing sugar on top.
