- 11 guavas1500 g
- 6 cups of sugar960 g
- Juice 2 lessons50 ml
- 1 1/2 cup of water300 ml
- Cut the guavas in half and with a spoon remove all the pulp along with the seeds. Place the pulp in the blender, add the water and beat quickly for about 20 seconds.
- Strain so that no seeds remain. Place the strained liquid in a pan, add the chopped guava peels, sugar, lemon juice and bring to the boil, stirring constantly until the liquid dries up and the sweetness reduces and thickens.
- Line a loaf pan with plastic, pour the candy, cover with the edges of the plastic and let it cool completely. Unmold and serve.
