- Extra Virgin Coconut Oil2 tablespoon
- Honey4 tablespoon
- Coconut milk1 cup
- Oat bran2 cup
- 100% cocoa powder1/2 cup
- Salt (a pinch) to taste
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Beat all the ingredients in the blender and lastly add the yeast and stir by hand (I always like to sift the yeast).
- Put the dough in a greased shape, I added chopped dates over the dough, but it's optional. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
- FIT BRIGADEIRO stuffing 2 tbsp coconut oil 2 tbsp green banana flour 2 tbsp demerara sugar (or you can use your favorite sugar) 1 tbsp 100% cocoa Stir over low heat and gradually add coconut milk ( or milk of your choice).
- After the cake was ready, I cut it in half and put the Fit Brigadeiro.
- For the syrup I made a ganache, melted 70% chocolate with cream.
