- Corn Flake2 cup
- Sour cream200 g
- Demerara sugar1.1/2 cup
- Olive oil1/4 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Turmeric1/2 teaspoon
- Maizena2 tablespoon
- Grated unsweetened coconut1 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Bring the cornflakes, milk cream, water, demerara sugar and olive oil to a boil. Stir for about 5 minutes and let cool.
- In the blender add the eggs, turmeric, cornstarch. Hit it well.
- Mix all the ingredients together with the grated coconut and the yeast.
- Put it in a greased shape, and take it to the preheated oven preheated to 180 degrees, for about 45 min.
