- Peanut Butter1/2 cup
- Coconut sugar or sweetener1/4 cup
- Coconut Flour3 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- 70% chocolate in drops or chopped to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Reserve some of the chocolate to add on top later.
- Form balls and knead with your hands in the shape of a cookie.
- Place in a greased shape and add a little more 70% chocolate on top to decorate.
- Bake in the oven at medium temperature for 30 minutes or until golden.
