- Ripe silver banana3 unit(s)
- Eggs2 unit(s)
- Soybean oil1/4 cup
- Raisins1/4 cup
- Oat flakes1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- Chocolate 60% to taste
- Raisins for decoration to taste
- Mix all ingredients in a blender, except for the yeast, until a homogeneous mass is formed. Gently mix in the yeast.
- Pour the dough into a greased shape and cover with aluminum foil and take it to the airfryer at 200° for 15 minutes. Remove the foil, lower the temperature to 180° and light for another 10 minutes or until the toothpick comes out clean.
