- Sunflower oil0.5 cup
- Ripe banana2 unit(s)
- White wheat flour1 cup
- Whole wheat flour1 cup
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Dark chocolate chips0.5 cup
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar0.5 cup
- Blend the bananas, oil, sugar, yogurt and eggs in a blender until smooth.
- In a bowl, mix the flour and cocoa.
- Add the contents of the blender and mix well.
- Add the dark chocolate chips and incorporate the dough.
- Finally add the yeast and mix gently.
- Pour the dough into a greased roast and take it to the preheated oven at 160ÂșC to bake for about 50 minutes. (Do the toothpick test)
