- Xylitol or erythritol sweetener1/2 cup
- Coconut oil4 tablespoon
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Dark chocolate100 g
- Vegetable milk cream1 unit(s)
- Beat in the blender: the eggs, carrot, oil, oats, xylitol and finally the yeast.
- Grease a cake pan with coconut oil or butter and pour the dough.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
- Coverage: melt the chocolate in a pan and add the cream, stir well until it becomes a syrup.
- When ready, unmold the cake and cover with the icing.
