- Pitted Dates (soaked for 30min)1 cup
- Roasted Peanuts1/2 cup
- Cashew Nuts1/4 cup
- Cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Pinch of salt to taste
- If your dates are not Medjool, soak them in hot water for 15 minutes to hydrate. Then just drain the water and it's ready to use.
- Meanwhile, in the food processor, beat the peanuts until they start to release fat (no need to turn into a paste).
- Then, add the other ingredients and process until a uniform mass is formed, which does not stick to the hand.
- You can roll them in finely grated coconut (to look like sugar) or leave them like that, just in the shape of cashew nuts, finishing with peanuts at the end.
