Whole milk1/2 cup
Olive oil1/2 cup
Wholemeal or oat flour01 cup
Demerara sugar1/3 cup
Chocolate powder 50%1/2 cup
Yeast01 tablespoon

In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar very well.
Then add the milk, oil and flour and stir until smooth.
Add the chocolate powder and mix.
Finally, add the yeast and stir gently.
I used a cupcake pan, but you can bake it in a small 25 to 30 pan in a preheated oven at 200°.
