- Brown Sugar45 g
- Butter2 tablespoon
- Peanut flour2 tablespoon
- Oat flour180 g
- Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
- Vanilla to taste
- 70% cocoa chocolate chips to taste
- In a bowl add the hot water, brown sugar, butter, a few drops of vanilla, and peanut flour, mix and gradually add the oatmeal;
- Add the chemical yeast and the rest of the oatmeal, you need to knead the dough until it is very firm and unglued from your hands;
- Make the shapes of Cookies and on top add the chocolate chips;
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.
