Healthy cornmeal cake in the Airfryer

  • Cornmeal120 g
  • Finely rolled oats3 tablespoon
  • Cornstarch1 tablespoon
  • Chia2 tablespoon
  • Vegetable oil of your choice2 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • Demerara sugar2 tablespoon
  • Water100 ml
  • Xanthan Gum1 coffee spoon
  • Cinnamon powder to taste
  1. Preheat the Airfryer to 180° for 5 minutes.
  2. In a container mix the egg, oil and water, then add the dry ingredients and mix well.
  3. Grease a mold that can go in the Airfryer, with vegetable oil. I used a silicone mold with a hole in the middle of about 18cm in diameter.
  4. Bake in the Airfryer for 20 minutes at 180°
  5. Wait for it to cool, unmold and serve.
