- Cornmeal120 g
- Finely rolled oats3 tablespoon
- Cornstarch1 tablespoon
- Chia2 tablespoon
- Vegetable oil of your choice2 tablespoon
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Demerara sugar2 tablespoon
- Water100 ml
- Xanthan Gum1 coffee spoon
- Cinnamon powder to taste
- Preheat the Airfryer to 180° for 5 minutes.
- In a container mix the egg, oil and water, then add the dry ingredients and mix well.
- Grease a mold that can go in the Airfryer, with vegetable oil. I used a silicone mold with a hole in the middle of about 18cm in diameter.
- Bake in the Airfryer for 20 minutes at 180°
- Wait for it to cool, unmold and serve.
