- Brown rice flour1.1/2 cup
- Almond flour1 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Coconut oil1 cup
- Lactose-free skimmed milk1 cup
- Xylitol1 cup
- Baking powder1 tablespoon
- 70% melted chocolate bar1 cup
- Sour cream1/2 cup
- Cracked walnuts1/2 cup
- Pasta: Blend the flours, eggs, coconut oil, lactose-free skim milk, xylitol in a blender. When it is homogeneous, mix the yeast and distribute this dough in 3 shapes of the same size (I used for this amount of dough size 16cm diameter) with parchment paper in the bottom of the shape and put it in the oven preheated to 180/200 degrees for more or less 30min.
- Filling: Ganache Beat the melted chocolate with the cream in the processor and use it in the filling and frosting of the cake.
- Garnish with the crushed walnuts.
